How do we obtain your consent?
By providing us with your personal details for completing a transaction, verifying payment methods, or arranging for deliveries, you inherently consent to us collecting and using your information for that specific purpose.
For secondary purposes, like promotions, we'll either directly seek your explicit consent or offer a choice to opt out.

For instance, a transaction processed by a U.S. payment gateway while you're in Canada might subject your details to U.S. laws. Once you navigate away from our platform to a third-party site, our Privacy Policy no longer applies.

Section 5 - Safeguarding your information

Section 8 - Account deletion and data retention
You can permanently delete your account at any time from your dashboard: go to Profile → Delete Account and confirm. Deletion is self-service and can only be performed from your own logged-in account. When you delete your account we permanently remove your account record, your scraping task history, and the result files generated for those tasks from our storage. This action is immediate and irreversible, and any remaining credits are forfeited. If you are unable to access your account, you may request deletion by emailing contact@livescraper.com from your registered email address. We retain certain records only where required to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
Section 9 - Privacy policy updates
We retain the right to amend this privacy policy intermittently. Regularly reviewing this policy is advised. Updates will be effective upon their website publication. Significant changes will be highlighted here. Should our platform merge with or be acquired by another entity, your details might be transferred to ensure continued service.
