Will my card ever be auto-charged?+
No. There is no recurring billing. You top up credit only when you want to. The free tier never converts to paid automatically.
What counts as a "usage"?+
One row in the export. So your one-time 500 free credits = 500 rows of data total, regardless of which tool you spend them on.
Do the free credits expire?+
The 500 free credits are a one-time grant when you sign up - they don't reset or roll over. Top-up credit, however, never expires.
How is Review Monitoring billed?+
Per review, per check - the same $0.002 rate. Each scheduled check re-reads the place's full review list to spot what's new, so a place with 300 reviews checked once a day uses about 9,000 credits (≈ $18) a month; checking it hourly costs 24× that. Pausing a place stops its charges immediately, and the dashboard shows a per-place monthly estimate before you commit.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes - unused top-up credit is refundable on request within 30 days of purchase. Email us with your account address.
