No. There is no recurring billing. You top up credit only when you want to. The free tier never converts to paid automatically.
What counts as a "usage"?+
One row in the export. So your one-time 500 free credits = 500 rows of data total, regardless of which tool you spend them on.
Do the free credits expire?+
The 500 free credits are a one-time grant when you sign up — they don't reset or roll over. Top-up credit, however, never expires.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes — unused top-up credit is refundable on request within 30 days of purchase. Email us with your account address.
