Cómo obtener una URL de Google Maps

  1. Go to Google Maps
  2. Busca un negocio o haz clic en un lugar del mapa
  3. Copia la URL completa de la barra de direcciones del navegador
  4. Pégala en la herramienta de arriba

La URL suele tener este aspecto https://www.google.com/maps/place/Business+Name/@lat,lng,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m6... - cuanto más larga y fea, más IDs podemos extraer.

¿Qué ID necesitas?

  • Place ID - Úsalo para la Places API de Google, mapas incrustados o enlaces directos de reseña. Es el ID más utilizado.
  • CID (decimal) - Úsalo para enlaces directos al negocio (google.com/maps?cid=...), seguimiento en herramientas SEO o donde necesites un identificador permanente que no cambie.
  • CID (hexadecimal) - Igual que el CID decimal, en hexadecimal. Lo verás en las URL de Maps. El conversor de arriba pasa de uno a otro.
  • FID / Google ID - Rara vez lo necesitan la mayoría de usuarios. Se usa en algunos flujos avanzados de scraping y análisis.

¿Y si la herramienta no encuentra un ID?

  • Para los Place ID: Use Google's official Buscador de Place ID, or search the URL data string for "ChIJ".
  • Para los CID: Click "Share" → "Copy link" on the place. The shared URL often contains the CID. Or "View Page Source" and search for "ludocid".

What is a Google Maps Place ID?+
A unique text identifier Google assigns to every place on Maps. Always starts with ChIJ. Used in the Places API, embed URLs, and review links. Place IDs can occasionally change - don't treat them as permanent.
What is a CID (Ludocid)?+
A unique numeric identifier (Customer ID, also called Ludocid) for a business on Google Maps. Unlike Place IDs, CIDs are permanent and never change. Often found as the cid URL parameter or encoded as a hex value in the data string.
What is the FID / Google ID?+
The Feature ID - a hexadecimal internal identifier Google uses. Appears as the first part of the 0x...:0x... pair in Maps URLs. Less commonly used than Place ID or CID.
Can I convert between Place ID and CID?+
Not directly client-side. Place IDs and CIDs are different identifier systems. But if your Maps URL contains both (many do), this tool extracts both at once. You can also use the Google Places API to look up Place ID details.
Why does the tool say "Not found in URL" for some IDs?+
Not every Google Maps URL contains all three ID types. A simple search URL might have only a Place ID; a direct business link might have only a CID. The tool extracts whatever's available. For missing IDs, try the alternative methods listed in the guide above.
